We are seeing the initial numbers on how destructive 4th of July fireworks were across the Bay Area. But where were the officers? ABC7 News looks into the details. abc7ne.ws/3WaOHs5 #bayarea #fireworks #crime #news #abc7news
Can we just ban public sales of fireworks in california already? It's a tinderbox thos time of year and making them illegal to use but legal to still sell is ridiculous
its awful. i feel like oakland is a warzone . like it may blow up my car or house.or set things on fire. i told my family to leave. l camp travel or i stayed at my parents house.
Oakland + Santa Rosa That's the bay area. Just remember! Oakland's airport isn't in Oakland anymore!!!! It is now known as Kansas International Airport.
Where do all the fireworks themselves come from? Are people here manufacturing them themselves, or are they bringing them here, selling them, and what about the expense to purchase them? Hundreds or even thousands of dollars for a 15 second "thrill!" It just doesn't make any sense to me.
Celebrations get loud because people are celebrating. Getting hurt is part of life and happens every day no matter what people are doing. A lot of folks are just looking for anything to complain about.
@@Thomas23-tu8gj I come from Texas originally and the heat/dry conditions aren’t a big issue because people there actually are allowed to have fireworks and are taught safety when using them instead of just being told no and there being no oversight when dummies figure it out on their own without having the safety knowledge we should all have been provided as kids
@@Thomas23-tu8gj guess you’ve never been to Texas on July 4th…. it’s hot, dry and full of stupid people…. but they understand firework safety because it’s not banned
