My Grandad went to Korea to serve in the war there!! He was showing me his medal and photos not just the other day! Hes from the UK and I had no clue there was this now!! X
The Korean War technically isn't over. It is just a "ceasefire". An armistice agreement just stoped the fighting. The Americans pulled out or withdrew in 1953. I only know a small amount about the war, cuz my Dad was born in 1950 in North Korea and dropped into Seoul in 1952 at an orphanage. I visited the UN Memorial Cemetery in Busan back in 2018 when I was teaching. It was really interesting and really sad at the same time.

One of the things that I look forward to the most when I move to korea is being able to jam to kpop radio and listening to bts all the time without my parents telling me to turn it of LOL

I've visited Korea six times on various teaching contracts and I'd love to experience a more permanent stay. You give such a fresh point of view - I've always loved Seoul but your vlogs on Busan are incredible! I love Geoje! Maemisong castle is great, and has great photo opportunities, and the Bamboo forest was beautiful. Most people really love to Ferry to Oedo island to see the European style botanical gardens in the spring. Personally there is a Texas style barbeque I always hit up called UJ Smokehouse, in Okpo.

So.. I saw you filtered your boyfriend in this video, but in your last video he was pretty unfiltered... I'm just letting you know, I respect your privacy but others will definitely not and I'm just worried if your intent was to keep him out of the vlogs. 🥺
I realize that you want to keep your relationship with your boyfriend somewhat private (thanks for not blurring out his face in the last video), but it would be cool/interesting to see a Boyfriend Tag video on your channel someday and learn about how you met, how often you get to see each other, all the things... if it never happens, oh wells, I hope you two all the best, he seems to make you happy
