I feel like Deja Vu is when you have the most realistic dream while you're sleeping, then during the day it turns into reality and you remember so clearly since it was so realistic

Da ja vu is basically having a dream of things you know and remembering it later by seeing it. Also, a very realistic dream. A glimpse of the future through a memory of the past.

One of the bigger theories for Deja Vu is that when the signal from your second cranial nerve, which is your optic sensory nerve, passes through your hypothalamus, which is one of the parts that deals with memories and moods, on the way to the primary visual cortex and the visual association area in the occipital lobe it stops at the visual association area first instead of going straight to the primary visual cortex. The visual association area is what helps you understand what it is you are visually seeing. When it does this you are processing the sight first then it goes to the primary visual cortex as it should have first where you actually get the visual representation in your mind. It then goes back to the visual association area where it says "hey we have seen this before lets ask the hypothalamus if it has a memory of it". The hypothalamus says yes it does but doesn't say when so the visual association area connects it with the memory and that is why you think you have seen it before. So, base on this you would be right in the it being something from a split second before thing Roman. If you have tons of Deja Vu all of the time you might want to get your head checked out by the way.

Only one of my favourite... hello😂

I don't know why but, sometimes when i have these dream that are totally realistic, but i forget all about them when i wake up. Then, like a month later, that dream becomes reality. And when i mean dream, I mean, me or someone else saying or doing something that is not that long. I know this sounds crazy but, I think that our brains have the abilities to see into the future, its just no one really realizes it or has put in the time and effort to see if they could look into the future on command.
