Happy new year to you . >I make mine with adding pitted dates in to water boil strain separate juice and blend it with little water from boiled juice to a paste .. no butter and store it, I add to my smoothies etc .... love this.. How long can this method you shared.... with butter last?

How long can we keep this paste? Especially if we are going to make dates biscuits how long can we keep the dates biscuit as we will be keeping it out of the fridge for easy consumption

So I found this after looking up a bunch of recipes for date paste. I followed the soak over night and blend method so I did not cook or strain either. I took the dates out of the water they were soaking in and the paste is much looser than yours. Is there a way to thicken it up? Should I cook the paste or?

I really dislike food video's with no talking. The words blend into the background and the time bar is on top of the words, so it's almost impossible to see the words. Then of course the recipe is not listed below the video. So I don't even bother to watch these. Not being mean, just thought you should know what might get you more views.
