@@deaw87do physical therapy for that. I did and it’s fine now. I’m older than you. It’s actually a muscle in your calf that when massaged and stretched will give you relief. Don’t let them do surgery!

​​@@deaw87 find a good physio; who will bandage it tight, only you won't be able to drive or walk. It worked for me. Second time I got it I had accupuncture and it resolved after the first session. A ballerina gave me this exercise years ago but I had stopped doing it. PUT YOUR FEET FLAT ON THE FLOOR AND CURL YOUR TOES BACK PULLING THEM TOWARDS YOUR HEEL. You can even do it whilst sitting/standing and wearing shoes. Apparently people with flat feet and those whose jobs require a lot of standing; like nurses, firemen and doctors suffer a lot with it It's caused by inflammation of the fascia muscles. I use alternative therapist for any muscular condition and avoid doctors. It's always tablets or surgery. Saw an Osteopath for my sciatica and it resolved on second. treatment. Medical doctor removed me from his list because I refused a third lot of anti inflammatory tablets which I knew damages ones stomach.

That was pretty much my time frame, by about 55 I just lost interest just wasn't worth it. Watching friends divorce, some over and over, screwed out of their homes, savings and pensions, supporting children that live on the otherwise of the country. And it's quiet and peacefull, if you make it to 60 you will be glad you did
