In this weeks feature of the column Where are they now, theSun speaks to the vocalist of 70's Malaysian legends Alleycats.
The Alleycats are a Malaysian band which was formed in 1969, and gained popularity in the late 1970s. The band consists of musicians from Penang who were popular in their home state earlier on in their career.

Dato Aru, i met you guys in Hongkong in 1982 when the Alleycats were performing at a night club in Kowloon then. It was great to see you guys there.

I would never forget attending Alleycats concert at the Esplanade in 2013 if my memory correct. It was indeed wonderful though we missed David's brother Loga but his music certainly moved on
