"I Won't Let You Go" has been been one of our favorite songs as a couple and was one of those songs that helped us get through some pretty tough times. It's such a beautifully written song by one of my favorite bands, @switchfoot . I'll go as far to say that's it's one of the most beatifully written songs, at least for me. I think every songwriter has that one song that they wish they wrote. Well, this is that song for me.
Morissette wanted this song played at our wedding for her bridal march and she had asked Moira if her and Jason could sing it. Moi said yes, BUT I was already in the process of recording it as a surprise. So I messaged Moi right away and told her that I already had something prepared. :D
I surprised her with this recording as she was walking down the isle. I had to record it cuz I knew there was no way I was gonna be able to sing it live. HAHA If this is the first time you've ever heard this song I hope it touches your heart the same way it continues to touch ours.
