Dave is sick but still sounds lovely.....Timmy's solos were the best I have ever heard from him!!!! I have some great pics from the show too - 10th row :)
Retruvil problems are so fun. My favorite is I once went to say "The cat is absolutely berserk and I said, "The cat is akalukyberk" Back to the concert and the master of being nuts, among other good qualities.
Generally, I pick & choose particular songs from full shows to download. Suddenly I realized I was downloading every damn song!! So I just said screw it and saved 'em all!!
The "weird retrubel" story after Little Red Bird had me laughing so hard! This is my favorite video of Dave!!! And the boob resting instruments? This stuff is GOLD!! :)
he knew radio city was gonna be recorded so he put on a killer show. Dave was also sick at this show, this show is a gem for little things and halloween acoustic. but i could not have asked for more from my first acoustic show.
Awesome vid, as usual! Dave sounded amazing despite being sick. Loved almost every minute of it, especially the Dave speak, Nancies, Bartender, Little Thing. I just don't get why everyone likes Halloween so much. I'm especially not a fan of it acoustically. Watching this over a three day period was a bright spot in an otherwise stressful week!
guys, if you look closely, almost of all Dave's full concert video, there's one dislike. i think he/she is just the same person in every video. and i think i'd like to tell him/her what really music is.
volume pedal or an auto-swell. basically just swelling the volume of the note. along with some massive reverb and delay. possibly a comp/sustainer too. tim tends to stack quite a few effects.
thanks very much for posting this! My wife and I were at the show, and you have salvaged the memory of this great show...we were tortured by the most inconsiderate, obnoxious, disgusting (obese both in mind and body) couple from Lewiston, Maine...sitting in row O, Lcenter...despite pleas to keep quiet from those around them, they incessantly talked, and then SCREAMED (not sang) lyrics out of tune. They essentially ruined the show for many around them. Pathetic. Thanks, again!
