Dave been preaching about the disparity between races when they encounter the police long before the masses... It is #1 SAD, and #2 WRONG, and NEVER funny!! ....right up until Dave Chappelle makes us laugh because there is nothing left to do... This is GREAT comedy, and it is timeless in it's euphemism.

It's not exclusively black culture. Police scare me as well. I turn my shit down and try act right when I get pulled over. This chip fella was a savage. It would never work like this for me. No way this is true. Funny though.

Truth is it matters where your from an what crime is common.. I'm white an been harassed an threatened by cops so many times ...so in many cases it doesn't matter what color you are. Profiling does happen especially in a area say that is pretty much all white an a group of black or whatever is driving around cop sees this...he will suspect something naturally cuz he knows they don't live there an most ppl follow stereotypes (all races) so the only question is...who really cares when all ppl seem to want separation or blame another race instead of doing what's right?
