Seems to me a podcast should be more than us just having an inside view to their business meetings. Like shouldn't they be taking about the world. How are we to relate or even care about the inner workings of the company??

Rico, Marty and Jake can’t create their own shot in their content. Rico starts and is a sharp shooter that’s running around and can go off for 30 but don’t have him go iso. Jake and Marty are 7th/8th men that will give a couple minutes here and there but they aren’t on the court at crunch time

99% of workers in any space would kill to sit down with the top dogs at their company and receive this much feedback and advice. He gets buzz from the highest earners and most followed personalities. The reason no press is bad press (especially in a page view world) is because conflict drives interest. Whether people are clicking because they like the pod or they’re clicking to see the controversy… they’re still clicking. If you can’t capitalize on the biggest personalities not only giving advice but providing this much discussion about the pod.. the pod is already dead.
