Dave is completely right.. if ur in a club thats 18+ and make out with a random girl and sleep with them thats 1 thing (like happens too normal ppl).. This was an “influencer party”.. he was informed shes underage, she was underrage. He still had sex with her. YES! Thst is illegal. YES that doesnt matter if tana wanted too or even instigated it! Huge respect to Tana for speaking up. I get that people like Cody, but liked guys and nice guys simply don’t just get a pass on using their influence, platform and prominence to take advantage of underage girls and commit statutory rape. Even if they were within the 2 year age window, one could still argue that Cody’s level of success at the time made the interaction coercive and eliminated any possibility for consent.
The reason Dave is confused because there are many cases form the past like diddy is because New York had a 1 year rule where people who were SA’d in the past could press charges.

Hope when Dave and Josh were giving Bri a hard time over finishing school, was just to get her worked up. Like my son will say stuff to me that I know he don't mean but he likes to try to get me fired up, so now I just agree with him😅
