He spoke at my high school in the mid-eighties. He wore sunglasses back then - I remember him taking them off so we could see his eyes. When he was telling the story of seeing his flesh when his face was blown off, he said "I was beside myself". I had forgotten who he was so I did a google search with a few key words - and here he is - still speaking at schools. Wonderful man
