+A Hoxha It as the 'system' that put his family into such a situation that his 'family members' were put into situations to commit 'crimes'. Nobody comes out the womb wanting to commit crimes, its purely situational. Blaming the system, where the rich stay rich and the poor are left to rot in council housing in the situation where crime is taught and if you are not 'on it' then your basically fucked. Dog eat dog.
