Beautiful sounding drums. Perfectly arranged cymbal tuning. Flawless playing. If there is someone who might justifiably be called '...the greatest drummer in the world...'...Dave is it! On an off day he's already on another level. On a good day...he's just jaw-dropping! Never get bored watching...and listening...to Dave play.
As far as drummers go, is Dave in competition with anyone but himself? I've been listening to him since Master Plan and this short 90 second clip is some of the best stuff I've seen from him or anybody else.
Lo más impresionante es que lo hace ver tan fácil pero a la vez tan preciso y limpio, rayos hoy hay tantos bateristas qué son una ametralladora pero eso es limpio y exacto qué cualquiera creería que es fácil, por eso Dave Weckl es considerado una leyenda del Jazz Fusión, su técnica es excepcional y no tiene que competir con nadie porque ya esta registrado como uno de los grandes y de los más veteranos de la música Jazz qué aun sigue con nosotros, lo voy a seguir escuchando aun cuando ya no este entre nosotros. Me ha enseñado tanto como bateristas qué es e y que soy hoy por hoy.
