The mindset for success applies to everything, especially in a business so fraught as the music industry. Pursue what’s meaningful; temper your expectations. There is no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, you have to be resilient to endure life’s daily challenges

yeah, that´s i always wanted to listen from him or from the other masters .... their approach behind the music, the personal approach to the things, to the other people in the business and so on ... it´s always interesting to know and discover something new
