I love the new song and video I’m so happy you’re embracing your true self with love I’ve been a Mormon my whole life and when David came out as gay and learning to love himself and accept God not going to change him it helped me accept myself also and now I’m leaving the Mormon church also I’m Bisexual and I’m ok with it and am learning to love myself thanks David for showing me it’s ok to be who you are and to love yourself and accept yourself and still be a wonderful person and not be evil based on who you love

I noticed recently and particularly with this video that you are one of those few people who really does look good in bright colors. Too many people wear them for fun which is okay but, in your case, it makes you a lot more handsome/beautiful/hot. Not in a drag or over the top fashion but full of life, hope, brightness. When you were a member of a very conservative religious group, I get why you were so beige or dark, but it seems like the flower has finally bloomed and it is wonderful. Go forward in life and be happy.

Came across this video by pire accident, was listening to Patti Austin Rythm of the Street, its her birthday. Then Davids song followed it. Always loved David from his Idol days, and this video the vibes, the look, the way David exuded pure joy, happiness, anday I say a raw sexiness I have never seen before. I've followed David since the beginning. I dig this new song. So authentic, so genuine. The video is killer and I don't think you've ever looked better or more relaxed. A great look for you. I am gay but went through all the years of b.s., guilt, faith guilt, worrying what others thought. Wow it was exhausting. Finally I just accepted that it is what it is and praying and lighting candles at church was not going to change me. There is happiness once you simply accept yourself. Forget the therapy. Life should be about kindness and truth and integrity and friends and goals. Who you sleep with seems pretty far down the list. Who cares what the church thinks. They are hypocrits. My biggest regret is that I can't get back the many years that I supressed my true self and lived to please others. I was traveling in Cali and saw you at San Diego pride. I cried from happiness for you David.
