Thanks for sharing the garden from the perspective of your own lens and personal confessions. I’ve seen the gardens through the lens of many different individuals, all British but you and the Rose Geek. I’m finding that different people see different things in the same view. What a shame you couldn't have visited in June, when rose blooming would have been at its peak ~ including all the once-flowering ramblers.❤❤❤ Thank you for posting this lovely video. You obviously very much enjoyed your visit, despite having missed the peak blooming period & had a blustery, overcast day.

The Black Country's borders are not clearly defined, but they roughly correspond to the old South Staffordshire coalfield, which includes enclaves of Shropshire. The namesake “Black Country” , of course refers to the presence of the BLACK substance that was used as the power source that made the Industrial Revolution such a huge success, advancing travel and manufacturing to speeds and capacity formerly unimaginable.
