Man of the match with Solari..Insane goal but played in midfield alone,Borja was so awful..The defence had no composure on the ball,Zidane and Raul were quiet,Portillo and Borja awful,Figo trying too hard.. I cannot believe Perez let so many average Real madrid players play for Real.(Portillo,Borja,Pavon,Raul Bravo).Cambiasso was on the bench and they played Borja instead,just hilarious.

Some people say that Beckham never recaptured his prime after he left United but at Real he was pretty good, even at Milan in the loans.. his decline started at the middle of his MLS career.

Beckham was really very good in central midfield position....even though he was a right sided midfielder.

The ''Galactico'' model of buying players quite clearly did not result in alot of titles.. of course sometimes the football was awesome but even now, if Madrid has any intention of catching up with barcelona (One league title since C .Ronaldo moved there and it's 7 years ago already) they need to buy more carefully, I fear it won't happen as long as Perez is there though.
