Knowing where to place those notes is obviously second nature to you, but to me it’s mind boggling! The bass is never given the praise that the lead guitar gets....but it should be!
Unfortunately I don't use any tabs. I am just focusing on breaking the line in smaller riff-exercises which I then memorize. I think slowing down the playing speed might help you
