In May 1978, Bowie and his touring band filmed a set for Germany's Musikladen TV series. 'What In the World' was performed but not shown as part of the original broadcast and it has never been included in the subsequent repeat broadcasts. It has turned up online in a black and white version but as far as I know this is the first time it's been widely seen in colour. The quality is far from perfect - it contains many glitches - but it is still very watchable.
I've tweaked the picture to get the best out of it and replaced the audio with an higher quality version from a different source. I hope you enjoy it.
