Was Russia left with any choice if the millitary against Russia (i.e. NATO) was growing by adding a country that was part of Russia a few decades ago (Ukraine).
Russian was and is an aggressor and is led by a genocidal maniac. He invaded a sovereign country and has killed hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians and his own. NATO and its members have every right to have their borders. It seems Ukraine does not.
