Hi Ricky, I was in scrubs not long ago and what was so weird to me is how many S offenders that were given fake stories to go by. I got a couple of them to admit this to me (in the shower) coz their stories didn’t add up. Caught them out. They both said they were given a story to go by as soon as they got to reception. I can remember their fair stories vividly

Is it not called Rule 43 still? You can see the 43s from B wing at Lincoln and how they run it there is the s.o.'s are on the 3s and 4s and debt heads etc are on the 1s and 2s or the other way round, and they're still kept separate. Stocken doesn't even have one. 43s there is bang up.

In time anyone can be got at I would guess. Once spent a (very interesting) day with a certain Frankie Fraser who along with a lot of other things managed to chin Albert Pierrpoint when he was in the prison to top someone. I think in the 50's.

Saw three police officers when I was in prison..one was an 400lb pedo..one was caught smuggling in contraband..and the last was a guy who collected depts for crack dealers..we weren't suppose to speak or acknowledge their existence.

Thank you for the effort you put into all this. I still cant get my head round as to why does anyone want to commit crimes, especially children stabbing children, surely they know they go to prison and lose all their freedom to go out with their mates or cinema or for burgers. Also, do you know if womens prisons are as violent as mens, are they more viscious with attacks to other female prisoners?

on bbc there is a new season of a drama time first one had steven graham in it as a screw who’s son was in a prison and he was threatened with being harmed unless he took stuff into the prison how realistic is that the new series is about women’s prison and i would be interested to hear more about what goes on in comparison to men’s prisons etc i was lucky enough to have changed my life round long ago but i was so lucky that the jury thought how they would feel if it was their daughter in that situation so duress won the trial

Rick I heard couzens can handle himself apparently was training with SAS and anti CTSFO (counter terrorism officers) for a while before he done this, can’t see anyone on the VP handling him unless it’s a hit and run napalm, he’s not getting punched up until he’s an old man atleast
