SENSATIONAL - what a performer! Love his moves...so confident, metrosexual and so gorgeous - he knew how to entertain - love looking at the videos; wish I had seen him live - biggest regret!
about 70,000 fans at his concerts ...right? He doesn't know why they do it...lol...media has brought his lovely face and sexy tones, to countries worldwide! I get what he means...he doesn't see the point in idolizing him or anyone , and he speaks against it because he is a person of a higher level...he doesn't believe in it. He is smart and a sort of humble , down to earth person...but that just makes him more adorable!!! and so lovable!! Naturally, celebrities, actors , singers...anyone in media, tv or movies will be seen by millions and when they re very attractive and talented ...you've got stardom and fans.
What a beautiful and gentle soul you were then and still are today. Thankyou David for all the beautiful memories you gave to all of us that love you so much xo
Saw him in concert in Virginia, right out of DC in the 70s. He wore that white jumpsuit that laces up the front. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. He still gives me butterflies!!!
hey Kim lol saw him in Detroit in 73/74? I don't think there was a teen that wasn't totally in love with him at the time...remember Bobby Sherman? ha ha
Sweet David, you are one of G-d's works of art! It makes sense when you think of the two beautiful parents who got together to have him!! Talent, beauty , kindness, intellect, sensitivity and a real sense of decency. Hope your years are many , healthy and happy!
David Casssidy is heaven to me so well polished the best American accent and singing voice ,he is a real dream .He should be here forever..🌟🌟🌟💋💋💋💝🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💋💋💋🌟💋🌟
When asked how would he like to be remembered,David said ,as someone who brought love and light into the world....this video is amazing and shows he started and continues to do just that.
No disrespect towards the Cassidy Family or David's fans, but lets be real if David Cassidy was here today, I bet he couldn't move like this anymore. R.I.P.
If he hadn't been blessed with pretty boy good looks and that great hair, he wouldn't have had the success he had. THAT was his popularity and why he got the tv show which brought the concerts. Plus, he used nepotism for an acting career. And, he WAS The Donk, after all....
DC performed to 21,000 sold out crowd -- screaming and adoring mostly female fans at MSG in 1972 -- what a happening! The one and only, multi-talented DC -- what a memorable life♡
OMG!! Beginning at 3:52!! My heart beats fast just like it did when I was 10 years old!! He did this same dance to "heartbeat" when I saw him in 1971 at Idora Park and my mom commented on the shaking and was laughing. My dad put me on his shoulders and I had my dad's army binoculars and I thought this must be important for me to be using his binoculars!! Instant time machine. I can't stop watching this since I found this video 2 months ago. God bless you 4 posting this!
+Cathy Hunter He danced like Jagger! Not surprising since he had a small and lithe body. Did he have it going on or what. The man was a total freakin' package--the looks, the eyes, that gorgeous smile, incredible voice, and god those hips. Talented beyond belief.
You have some AMAZING footage. Bless you for sharing it with us all! It was always a special thing to see 1970s footage, but even more so now that David has left us. Gone way too soon. God bless him.
Alex Rose from Guns n Roses said he took his stage moves from David Cassidy! I can totally see it here! Love David, saw him at the MGM show in 1997! He was in top form, great voice and stage presence.
I have viewed, commented and revisited your videos many times over the years. I am grateful for every reply you sent my way. Now I am actually feeling an ache in my heart. I feel all alone. Every one in my life ridiculed me for being a David Cassidy fan. But you, like Dedre Begley, Marja, Anna Paula, BeatlesGirl, just to name a few, have always made me feel like there is nothing wrong with that. Thank you so much. Anastasia
Thank you for your kind comments. I don't feel so alone now. I have found some great comrades on social media and they love David also. I hope your sorrow is easing. I am beginning to accept I will always be mourning David's death to some extent.
We mourn David, like Elvis' fans still mourn him 40 years later. David was our generation's Elvis! So handsome so sexual, so talented and loved his fans!
fluffandskipper you are most definitely not on your own , and I am finding this out xx I feel exactly the same as you . The worst thi g is not being able to mourn him openly because my husband wouldn't appreciate me crying over another man and my son's who are 29 and 31 thought I was weird crying over someone I didn't know and laughed at me , but friends and family accepted me being upset for a couple of days after he passed because they knew how much he meant to me , but if they knew 5 months later I was still crying and going on tribute sites watching videos of him I think they would have me sectioned xx unless you have loved him like we all so obviously do no one other than his fans will ever be able to understand the depth of our sorrow and heartache . Although we didn't know him he was so Important to us and that is why I grieve for him privately and get comfort from reading messages like yours so I know there is thousands of us all going through this together xx stay strong my lovely xx

Thank you so much! In this aera was David really on his blossom!Abdolutley amazing and fantastic, like he plays with his audience and fullfill the whole stage with pure sex appeal and an awesome performance! He was the best and still is!
I have also watched this many times. The "Heartbeat" segment is off the charts hot. With his every move, his sex appeal is splashing all over the place. Perfect display of 1970's sexy! Being a great performer, he could really fill the stage. I love your recollections of seeing him in concert.........your fond memories made me smile, too.
Noooo, Jagger *never* could never move like David... his voice, looks, moves... whole 'nother level! Also, truth be told.. at the time, David's fan club was bigger than Elvis and The Beatles.. COMBINED!
From 3:51 until the end of the clip, I am actually panting while David shakes it!!! Oh my, I need to find a release after watching that. I think I'll go see what my husband is up to. LOL! Thank you so very much for posting this. I can gaze upon David Cassidy all day----the most beautiful face ever to grace this earth!
I didn't get a chance to see him perform in the70's ! But I did see him in "Little Johnny Jones in 1981, then on a local TV show called "Northwest Afternoon !" I had no idea that the question I wrote down on a form handed out to the audience before the show ,would be used and I had to repeat the question back to him on live TV! He was gracious enough to encourage me to ask him I thought that was so sweet ! I saw him in concert in 2006 and now again in 2013 in August !
Oh! my gosh! Thank you so much!!! My perfect man!!! Gorgeous looks, gorgeous voice, sexy moves,, excitement galore!! Heartstopping!!!! Just wonderful!!! Thank you for putting this together! I've never seen a man, more perfect!! I think it was so cute and funny, with him sitting on the couch, in an interview, saying "I don't know why, they do it"...etc. (Us...going CRAZY!!!), And all he had to do is LOOK into a mirror, and LISTEN to how sublimely beautiful he sang and sounded, perfect!!! It's enough to make any girl FAINT!!!!! The total gorgeous package!!! And his outfits, the sexy things he wore on The Partridge Family, in the performances, were throwbacks to the Georgian period, with the nice framed collars, nipped -in waist, flared leg, boot, nipped-in back, and the great outfits he always wore in concerts, my goodness!!!!
What a footage! Especially after 3:51. David fills all the stage. What a performance! Thank you very very much Catgil! I know I'm greedy...but I want more! (not now but sometime after). I want to see every single live of that period. Best era ever. Thank you again!
I saw him in 72 at Nassau Coliseum in New York and he rocked the house You are greatly loved and missed by all of ur million's of fan's all over the world RIP Sweet Prince
Gracias por esta joya y escuchar la voz de david inconfundible!!! Un regalo de la vida. En todo su apogeo. Como me hubiera gustado estar ahi !!! Angel encarnado!!
LOL! I just had to dance! And my daughter just said,"Mom, please, sit down!" Thanks, great video! And for David, the answer to the question is," Man you were POW-WOW! here!" And WE STILL LOVE YOU! You are Forever Young bc of all the great videos and fans! Thanks! I can feel the excitement! Lots of energy, as overworked as David was at this time, so HAPPY, David is still alive and with us today! God Bless You DAVID! Stay Healthy! Blowing Lots of Kisses 2U BABE! You're still handsome!
