HEH! GLORY! Another joyous, spontaneous praise session--JAM FOR JESUS! HALLELUJAH! Great, afro-latino rhythm with that HOLY GHOST CLAVE--feel the praise, y'all...cook that percussion and PRAISE HIM ON THE BASS! "I get joy when I think about-- what He's done for me!" Indeed, we praise Him with body, soul and spirit, with voices, instruments and DANCING!! HEH! GLORY TO GOD! "Shout unto YAHWEH with the voice of TRIUMPH!" (Psalm 48:1b) LEAP! :-)
This medley should be "required music" at all weddings, Easter and Pentecost services, and of course, funerals/homegoing services--that's how we celebrate in God's House! :-) We need to ROCK THIS SOUND at EVERY funeral--SOMEBODY might just get RESURRECTED!! HEY! HALLELUJAH!! What a joyful way "to go"--and JOY for the "mourners"! And just think what this music will do for WEDDINGS--a joyful start to the married life--and a foretaste of "the Marriage Supper of the Lamb!" :-) GLORY!
The JOY on the faces of the worshipers....the awesome sight of all the COGIC "Choral Levites" leading this FESTIVE PRAISE OF THE LIVING GOD...the BAND just KILLING THE SOUND...the HOLY GHOST EXUBERANCE of dancing praisers--clergy, musicians, congregants--the celebrating BODY OF CHRIST being lifted up into the heavenlies....HALLELUJAH!
Excuse me while I shout. You may want to hold your baby & move your bible !!! ! We ( African Americans) have SUCH a unique way in which we praise our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ. Isn't it wonderful !!!..Isn't it just a blessing that we can be FREE and turn any Auditorium & Coliseum into a house of Worship !!! You can just FEEL the presence of the lord watching this youtube video.. I thank God for JESUS.

I was always partial to Cooper Temple (Miami) & Greater Allen Temple (Rev. Floyd Flake Queens NY) for having the best musicians, but I'm learning that West Angles COGIC ain't no joke !!!!
