Sam Roberts I’m assuming after he lost so much weight, he either hasn’t had the extra skin surgically removed or he has scars from where the skin got removed

Its also possible those aren’t boxers and may in fact be “compression shorts”, which are similar to spanx. Josh had surgery years ago for his loose skin, but there may still be some leftover, so it may help his figure to compress his body shape. As for why they are so high, it helps to wear them higher because it can hold in the love handles and maintain a lean shape.
