If you can buy in Germany you could purchase through Brandt. www.percussion-brandt.de/epages/228483.sf/de_DE/?ObjectID=56174299 By the way this is from Norsk, so perhaps there is one store in Russia that sells notes from Norsk. Even if they don't have this special piece in their shop they can buy it for you if you ask. At least this works with Brandt pretty well.
