David Garrett performs Liebesleid in Bucharest at George Enescu Festival with the Romanian Youth Orchestra. I uploaded this because it's better quality than the other clips of David performing this piece. I don't own copyrights, I enjoy!
i dont get why everyone is complaining, i mean, in my opinion it's like departing with the one you love because you mutually agreed to it and though it may be sad, it is for the best. That's what I interpreted it from David Garrett's performance. I love it
I am listening also the interpretations of this song by: Isaac Stern - violin and that of Rachmaninov - piano. From the violin I'd like David Garrett play, even this could be a litle bit improved. I'd like means that the sound preferred by my ears is that from David Garrett violin. Rachmaninov - piano - it is not normal to compare two different instruments, but on the same " rule" presented above I prefere the song played by David Garrett with his violin.
Que dulce y tierno David, tan amoroso, es genial. Que.bien toca, es una pasada escucharte David. Tu sabes que la música llega al corazon y sientes una emocion especial y un.carinyo especial. Eres un amor ♥️♥️♥️
All I have to say is thank god he didn't stick to the score. He made it his own during this performance and I think that is more important than playing the piece how it was written. Also if you make it your own no one can say you're bad because it's just your interpretation of the piece. How do we progress as musicians if we play the same as everyone else?
Como interpretas David, alucino co tu música . Hay una chispa que nos enciende, y nos ilumina a todos y que dulzura en tu alma, sinó no podrias interpretar asi. Un talento y una genialidad impresionante . Te amamos ♥️♥️😘
Of course, you know more about interpetation than David who have lessons with itzhak perlman, Ida Handel, Isaac Stern, Yehudi menuhin and Zakhar brohn, he goes to Juilliard and he plays a stradivari.
@@nekocafe8420 You can disagree with someone's interpretation no matter what their curriculum is and regardless of your own musical credentials. Specially if it is a heavily arranged version like this one,
@@nekocafe8420 Yes. But Garrett's version is objectively unorthodox when compared with other violinists including Kreisler. So she has a point when saying it's odd.
I'm reading the manga. The story is just so moving. I instantly feel like picking up my violin and play every time I start reading, so I don't really make much progress, but it is just so good.
MetroidMother Yeah, I know. I usualy only practice myt violin twice a week, but now i do it several times every day :D I am in love with the anime and manga, though I don't read further than the anime.
+Lorya the Duchess of Magic .. dont ya get what i mean?... lol ofc ik he plays liebesleid (love's sorrow)... yes "sorrow", but the way he play it like he play a "lovesong" piece... (lovesong/liebeslied)...
