I love how when David says "under no circumstances", Stephen knows that David's about to rant and his face goes "Oh no...", hehe..

Mitchell should be a regular on this show, it's perfect for him.

No, the french fleet was simply "at risk" of coming under influence/control of the Nazi's and the Brit's didn't trust the French to resist if Hitler made a move on it. Otherwise the fleet hadn't left port since the Vichy government took control.

People should stop trying to interrupt David, what they have to say wont be nearly as funny anyway.
