1: I keep my leg lift around cereal bowl height (Usually a little higher) 2: I keep my spine tilted, chest over toes and head inside toes. 3: I get my arm just inside extension and turn it over and keep the palm rotated and flip it once its nearly crossing my front foot. (I think this combats hip leakage like you showed.) 4: I like to think about keeping my foot closed while driving with it. If i don't do that the hip starts to open up like you said and then it causes some leg leackage + other breakdowns. 5: I land with my foot pointed at the catcher (Or a little inside) 6: I Decelerate arm correctly. Keeping it in the plain. 7: I finish like most people do, but my glove side arm also decelerates with the arm. I'm not pulling, it just decels with it.

This one's confusing b/c you say he came up with the Dodgers, but put '07 on the Rays Screen and '19 on the Dodgers Screen, so it appears you have the progression backwardsed. In either case, it looks to me like the Rays version is better/smoother/more-balanced--so what you said vs. what you wrote (about years) makes better sense, while what you said about progression would not. Also, 'energy exertion', 'energy expenditure', or 'energy application' would probably be better than 'energy dispersion' or 'energy dispensation'. Thanks though--still some good thoughts and great graphics & content !

Or he has the velo backwards, or he's out of his prime. Im guessing he lost flexibility.. 4:00 hip to shoulder separation.
