I guess because of more life experiences, for example i hated love songs, but after my first love and break up, i understand and appreciated those music way more

My great grandmother, Irene Adkissen Veith, born 1901, always taught me my ancestors on her father’s side (Adkissens) came through the gap with Boone. She was a retired schoolteacher and died in 1997. Anyway, I got to hear about two World Wars, the Depression, the Spanish Flu, the 1934 Flood, the Dust Bowl, the Cold War and all kinds of things straight from the source growing up. Love you, Nonna.
I love how movies, namely, "The Gentleman", can bring cinema and music together. I cant count how many songs I've discovered from movies and vise versa.

Don't know how it took me this long to see The Gentlemen but it is a fantastic movie. This song and the intro are just made for each other. Literally love everything about this film.
I immediately realized that a frantic film would begin and I was right. Absolutely intriguing intro (the song fits in perfectly), as does the whole film!

@@coyotelong4349 It is, this could be an interesting conversation. My family, on both sides came from eastern KY & Bluegrass played during my early years. I hated it, I found it so sad & forlorn. There are major differences but yes, it is a sub category of country, even though Bluegrass has been around a lot longer, true.
I think my My 3rd great grandpa Bayless Burnett a confederate scout of union County Tennessee brought me here. He fought at the battle of Cumberland gap during the Civil War. he was killed there, his sons John and Daniel survived. This song really hit home with me. Love it!!

This songs hits right home and i love the groove to it. My family moved through the Cumberland gap in the 1790s with the big push of settlers moving and my 5th great grandfather William Tucker settled in Adair County Kentucky before or during 1802 later called Russell county wolf creek lake Cumberland area. We've been here in Ky ever since.

I can’t stand the new music of this generation and then I come across this gem. Gold. I can hear it repeat and repeat and by the way I did hear it repeat and repeat. This soooo reminds me of the ranch that I have not gone to in years. Sooo amazing.

Guy Ritchie always got the best soundtracks. Going all the way back to Lock Stock and Snatch, he finds gems and doesn't rely on cheesy hollywood stock choices that everyone else uses.
I read a review that described their harmonies as “ghostly”. The way their voices weave together in the chorus is so magical. This track really gets you inside, where you live.
