I would say it's because he works in collaboration with the producer himself, OTT only posts the videos, I could be wrong.

David Starr is branding himself as the new import killer and has Jordan Devlin and Mike Bailey on the list of imports he has beaten much like how Jordan was the import killer at ott. Jeff Cobb is another import he's looking to add to the list its a long term story

Yeah, but we know that David Starr didn't murder anyone. I can go on the Network and watch Jordan Devlin win the Cruiserweight title. I mean yeah, sure, you can say kayfabe, but does that still hold up when everything else about the David Starr storyline is so real? I mean, what, is he going to have someone film him murdering Jeff Cobb, too? It's like how Progress did those vignettes where Jimmy Havoc murdered people Dexter-style to make him seem more edgy and dark and dangerous. They didn't work, they just made him seem like the little try-hard chud he is.
