Anything other than what is mentioned above,DOES NOT APPLY to American State Citizens or American State Nationals.

Americans have no business stepping foot into any of them (most of the time) for any reason. Until we all correct any presumption that we are missing, and then repopulate our courts and governments. Then we will have a place to bring any grievances we may have, until that happens...we do not.

I would like to point out a couple of things... the difference between a national and a citizen are as follows...a National is not subject to ANY government. Even their own. The only obligations of a national are to keep the peace, and to not infringe on the rights of others. But a National also has no say in their government either. If you wish to have a voice in your government then one would take on the responsibility of becoming a citizen. For Americans that means becoming a citizen of one's state. Citizen means "subject of" or "subject to". Meaning that any decrees, or obligations must be followed(as long as they are lawful) by a citizen of that government. In return, for Americans, for taking on the responsibilities and duties, you also get to have a say, meaning if all other criteria are met, you can elect those who volunteer to hold public office, or you yourself may hold a public office, if elected. Nationals do not enjoy those responsibilities. But they also can not be told what to do, as long as, again, they have not infringed on the rights or property of others. I hope that clears some things up, as it occurred to me, while writing the responses, that most have not ever heard of most of these terms. I hope what I have said here helps clarify.

So every "Congressman" and "Senator" you see or hear about is, first, a U.S. citizen. "Judges"as well. Iowa state, New York state, etc. State of Iowa, is a Territorial Corporation legal fiction. STATE OF IOWA is a Municipal Corporation legal fiction. Do you all see how much has happened? What needs to be corrected? To clarify, if it is a Territorial Corp,it is controlled by the British...if it is Municipal Corp, it is run by the Vatican. (Yes, I am aware that the commonwealth is Vatican owned as well, but it is already complicated enough for the average man or women to grasp). So my point is...Nothing is what most think it is, to begin to unravel this mess, one should start by learning about THEMSELVES first and foremost. Then all else will fall into place. I hope you all see what this means. And what needs to happen to fix this insanity.

Just to clarify, The United States of America, is not,and has never been a republic...it is 50 nations that are guaranteed a republican form of government. So anytime you hear "the republic has been restored" do not be fooled. It's been used to try and fool Americans again. Each state in the union, is a foreign country to each and every other state. Interstate/international has always been interchangeable in America. You recieve you "nationality" from the state you were born upon. That never changes...so for example, I am an Iowan by birth, however I have lived most of my life in Arizona. So if I were to adopt State Citizenship, it would be as an Arizona State Citizen. That can change if you move to a new one...but your nationality will always remain the same. Also the difference between an American State National and an American State Citizen, is that Nationals are beholden to NO government, even their own. To claim that right,one volunteers to become a Citizen of one's State. Citizen means "subject of" or "subject to", so it's a solemn duty one takes on to be able to have a voice in your government. What many who are new to this need to understand, is that the flip side of freedom is responsibility, and accountability. I will also say this...American Law can be draconian. There is no such thing as probation, or many of the things you are used to as "law". In American Law for example, if you drive drunk and hurt or kill someone, there is no such thing as 3 DUI's. Its manslaughter at minimum,and that usually brings death. This is not a a game. It needs to be treated with the respect and responsibility that it deserves. I'm not trying to lecture anyone, but Americans have NEVER SEEN THEIR GOVERNMENT IN PRACTICE. NONE WHO ARE ALIVE. Let that sink in. We all make mistakes, and learn as we go, but that is how we learn. Please don't be discouraged by anything I've said here...this really is one of the greatest things you could ever do as an American...just know what that really means.
