The TV favourite's feeling zen over his MC duties at Britain's biggest night in film.. as long as the autocue doesn't go down. Report by Jonny Nelson. #davidtennant #baftas #film
I remember him using that reference while lamenting the state of British politics, think Mariella established radio source ... RadioTimes?. Could be "There's not enough kindness in the world". Long day, best breadcrumbs.❤ I think like Tigger to whom he's been compared after Macbeth a doddle, ok a joyous doddle Stephen Fry repeats himself too, even once 'gasp' Robin Williams. I do agree quality gone up actually interested this year all good.
If the autocue is down he can forget everything and just run around the stage or do that Tardis voice thing or talk about Michael Sheen for a whole evening and I’d still watch it lol
The way he’s honestly so humble and curios about everything is honestly so refreshing .when people said he brings the sun in the room they were absolutely right. I mean he’s not only one of Britain finest actors but around the world (he is so deserving of life recognition awards wise and should be on Hollywood already ) but he’s honestly ao charming always and poised in a way that feel like talking to a friend and not a hugely success celebrity .
"Be nice, be on time, and learn your lines." Great advice to live by in ANY job I would say. Bless you, David! PS: BAFTAs were amazing! Well done, plus we got three outfit changes including a KILT. I sincerely hope we'll see more of ye.
On god I know this guy, 4-5 years ago I knew someone that is davids uncle in law. He had a party at davids house a couple of times and Ive at least met him about 10 times. He's a cool guy and his kids are nice too. I dont think many people will believe me about this but who cares. Hope this comment blows up.
Lovely promo interview David Tennant incapable in these situations of saying anything he hasn't said before ...walking 500 miles ... what's your favorite colour? I don't know, it's so hard to pick, wouldn't want to offend green if purple were picked .... why people ask him things he's not allowed to divulge ... why am I quibbling he always says he just quotes other people's lines but get him on the rare interview and he has a lot to say indeed. of course he's one of the most well-intentioned modest all round good guys in his position, not that different from his hero and his Dad's Billy Connolly when you think of it ... except the improv .. ah but that Hamlet, that Des, that Crowley that ....unique talent he calls showing up and learning your lines, ah that extra mile .and patient with it he may find this bit a bit of a grind but he just likes the people he's talking to and warm fuzzy feeling no apologies. I spend a lot of my day mired in controversy and well a breath of fresh air always welcome. And no question an amazing actor for all seasons.
"Never blame other people" - that is what Russel T. Davies said - it is all YOUR fault, how else would you be able to learn? Always come with a back-up otion, if you misjudged the situation and circumstances let you down: great skit with the dog-sitting, but being around the whole afternoon for the press it is clear, that it was staged😁
