The front 1/2 of the door, give it a fast push and watch inside door handle, if it works freely, you will be able to see the way push on the the handle will move to word the unlock position, since your not used opening the doors this way, it might take you a while to get the right way of pushing on the door, the inside door handle will have to work freely or it will not work, i did this back in the 70's, the newer busses might work different.
