Been waiting for this upload Davo! ;) Seriously though have said it before, fair play for showing both sides of it and including our celebrations. Atmosphere was brilliant, shows what this derby is all about, but the moment was just too much for your players. We were better plain and simple. UTV
Davo is a tru fuckin sportsman and gentleman. He gives due where it's due and shits on those who don't deserve the praise. For example, he had a thing against Abonglahor. He could be heard yelling that his mum was a whore during matches where he was involved. This chant was to the tune of Karma Chameleon by The Culture Club and once Davo started chanting it, the rest of the Bluenoses would join in. Davo is more or less the Supreme Leader of the Bluenose fanbase and he issues fatwahs and holy wars against all enemies of the Bluenose religion.
Man city fan here mate i watched this game and villa deserved it tbh but i really hope you lot do come back in the prem soon I'd love an away day down at st Andrews you lot are some of the most passionate fans the prem has had, best of luck for the season and i hope you stay up
DavoBirmingham2 haha you're probably not wrong mate. It's a shame really a club like you lot should be in the prem with the likes of forest, city were quite lucky tbh because if we didn't get took over we'd be in the same situation as yous are now if not worse
Great video Davo mate . I was very scared about this game tbh but I always knew We'd score against ur lads. Birmingham were unlucky not to go 1-0 up with Gallagher hitting the post. He looks a decent prospect but a severe lack of service and having to play up on his own isn't good enough for a club fighting off relegation .. I think ur lads will stay up this season but u may struggle for a couple of seasons unless u find the right manager. With that said I'm a Villan and I'm very happy we win the game. 7 in a row now is unheard of in the last few years even if it is the championship. Good luck for the rest of the season and it was nice to hear one of the blues fans sending his regards to Brucie and his family before the game . That was a lovely touch Davo .. Great video. Cheers mate. Gallagher should've scored but you could've had 4 or 5 just as easily. Cotterill has done a lot better lately but fell back into his old ways in this one. Wrong XI, wrong tactics, too late to change it. Hopefully just a blip on the radar for us on the road to survival. Would be surprised if you don't go up automatic.

I think our derby is the best in England just for the atmosphere u get from both sets of supporters especially at their respective home games. I think we would both push each other on to good things when in the same league together, esp if it's the #epl. The money involved would be of great benefit to both our fine. clubs. They call it the 2nd city derby but tbf it leaves the North London debry and the Manchester one in the halfpenny place for the atmosphere alone and I don't care what anybody says.. Same reason there's empty seats in the Villa end when you come to St Andrew's: more seats in that area than tickets sold. And we offered you anything up to 3,000 tickets this season if you were prepared to match it. You weren't, so we're both stuck with 2,100.

Been watching Villa over 40 years and blues are never a bigger club no matter what anyone says. I think deep down they know it too but will never admit it. 54 wins to their 38 says it all really. Bigger history more trophy wins bigger stadium bigger fan base the list goes on and on and on. Some fans on here going on about bed sheets and all that but its happened to blues as well, remember the Kumar brothers and losing to Altringham at home in the cup in front of 9 thousand? Remember Blues havent scored at Villa park for 10 years and even then they got slammed 5-1. come on you Lions lets get out of this league and leave them Tramps behind.

Great video Davo (from a Villa Fan). I was there and the atmosphere was electric. The pricks who trampled over the Blues shirt were an embarrassment. All of us were just hoping that we'd make up for the gap in quality with copious amounts of pride and passion but it was a flat performance from us. The table doesn't lie and I expect you to go up automatic.
I am a villa fan, the game is over now. ( my unbiased view ) if you scored first the game would had changed but I still think that we have the quality to still beat you after. I found that Ndoyes red card was harsh but he should had been sent off before that anyway. I think the better team won the game. #UTV

This result pissed me off big time but Let’s get back on track against Millwall Saturday, we were in decent form in the league before the vile game let’s try carry that on and climb the table and hopefully have a less stressful end to the season safe from relegation, KRO AND SOTV!!!

Blues had a reasonable spell towards the end of the first half and certainly Gallagher spurned the best chance of the game up to that point but they didn't deserve anything more than they ended up with mate. Worst Blues side I've seen in a many years now and I take no pleasure in saying that. I think they'll stay up but that's as much to do with the lack of quality below them than anything else.
We didn’t deserve anything. A local derby & only 1 team was up for it. We always knew they had a quality squad & would dominate the game but I was kind of hoping our squad would show some passion & heart but they never did yet again.
It took two really good goals to beat you in the end! The first half could have gone either way, more so for City with that Gallagher chance. The second half Villa wanted it more! Good to watch a video with an insight of a rival! Keep up the good work! 👍🏻

on a serious level, why do bluenoses think the city is theirs. at the moment you are last of the 4 teams that can put a claim in to ‘owning’ the city. all 4 midlands teams have had periods of dominance and at the moment us, wolves and baggies are roughly level but your the last of the midlands teams. just because you named your team after the city you now think you have some god given right to own it, even though on april 20th, it will be 10 years since u last scored at VP. Im not saying the city is Villa’s i’d say its probably wolves over anyone atm, but it really pisses me off how blues fans cant recognise that they dont own the city.

Really disappointing performance. We really missed Grounds at LB. Jenkinson struggled badly at RB versus a lively Adomah. Cotterill should've swapped him and Colin over. Colin and Maghoma have developed a good understanding which he doesn't have with Jenkinson. Maghoma hasn't trained since his injury versus Sunderland and shouldn't have started. Davis picked up an injury in the first half and wasn't the same after. Cotterill should've brought on his substitutions much earlier. No complaints about the result. They were the better team on the day.
FFS I watched on 📺 and was screaming "keep the fukin ball! Relax!" Panicking not stringing any passes together and giving the damn ball away! It was a hard watch must've been even harder there lads😔
Still absolutely gutted 24 hours later :( They do sit on nearly double the number of points we have after 31 games though so the result was probably to be expected. There's always that "form doesn't matter" hope with derby's though and I thought (hoped) we'd push them closer than we eventually did. It would've be nice to see Cotterill make a sub or two early in the 2nd half as we were clearly losing our grip on the game, and especially after the first Villa goal went it. Onto Millwall though and we really can't afford to lose that.

Totally agree. For me the first name on the team sheet should've been Gardner's. Who better to have on the pitch in a game like that than a genuine fan who knows what it means. Granted I don't think he has looked anywhere near the player he was before he left us but he'd have put himself about in the middle of the park if nothing else. To leave him sat of the bench for the entire game, and to also only give a potentially game-changing player like Che about 10 minutes, genuinely baffles me. I guess the question I keep coming back to is, "If Cotterill was better, would Blues be better?" I'm 99% sure the answer is yes.

I was dreading the thought of watching this diary however, as disappointing the result was for us, I can take so much pride in the fact that our club has so much more character and identity than villa. What were those flags about at the start? Are they Crystal palace wannabes? The hi ho song will always be wolves in my opinion and singing along to oasis at the end, are they man city now? Credit to them, they blew us away on the pitch but off the pitch... they'll never have the togetherness that blues fans have.
