A mashup of rave classics from the golden era of dance music 1987-1993 with a couple of old disco bits and the like for good measure. Tracklist below
Everything in my set aside from the acapellas and vocal samples has been built from scratch at home in my studio, and my keyboard performance is a one take deal, exactly as I do live. Hope it takes you back a bit.

In ‘88 at the age of 18 I received my first proper mixed tape from a DJ who literally saved my life with this music. That mixed tape led me to a young life in dance clubs which filled my ears with these wonderful songs. Davos, you’re a legend. This video made me smile, gave me goosebumps, made me cry and had me laughing and dancing. All happy memories, all beautiful in their own way. I saw your holiday home video years ago and went searching for it again today and found this video. You are hero level on the keys. Thank you for bringing back the tunes in such a brilliant way. Best spent 45 minutes of the new year!🔥

Sorry but how has the video only had 30k views….this is what’s wrong with the world. I truly believe if everyone was forced to listen to this, there would be no more fighting, no more mass shootings, no more wars or bullying…..,just everyone feeling the uplifting tunes in their soul. Like the scene from Shawshank where Andy Dufrene plays that classical song over the prison tannoy and everyone stops what they are doing and for a few minutes are totally unified……this is the power of music. Davos…..take a bow sir, you are a legend.

Being a Blackburn lad, I have to say Davo, that this set is absolutely epic mate. You’ve chose some of the most iconic piano Choonz of 88 to 92. So many evoking memories of the old Monroe’s days, and other east lancs clubs, Carlos, early Zone etc. Your keyboard skills are up there with all the 80’s synth pop greats. I remember meeting Suddi back in 90, a few weeks before the track “Hardcore uproar” was coming out, you never forget meeting Suddi with his sampled vocal cords, and he told me to watch top of the pops for it, Not sure if you were with him that night, I remember it well, a group of lads in a Mk1 Ford Fiesta down at Russ Clayton’s parents. Anyway mate, keep up the great work and I will be subscribing. Cheers 👌

Ha nice one mate. I did live up Shad for a bit in the eadly 90s. Went to a fair few illegal raves. Sett End, Monroe's, Unit7, Pump Street, Carlos, Shaboo, Sequins, Love Shack, Orbit, Basics, Manhattens, Ark, Bowlers and some I've probably forgotten. I hope these sets I do encapsulate the vibe from back then. Our cultural history innit. ✌

They were the golden days of rave. I'm a Burnley lad, but I spent quite a few nights at Monroe's. They were legendary nights. We went all over the country to some of the biggest clubs. But there was something special about the Angels in Burnley and Monroe's in Great Harwood. Small venues but awesome atmosphere, great tunes and the best vibes.

Blown away. How the hell do you remember so many tracks, every note perfect. Im officially retiring my piano. I got into the rave scene in 1992. All the great tunes I've grown to love actually started way before, your playing a lot of the riffs from tunes that were way before my time! Cant believe it. Thanks for the education mate, keep it up, amazing.

I've watched your Christmas edition nearly 1000 times, is there's no end to your talents. Even inspired me to take up playing the keyboard again after a mate borrowed the one i got when was 11 and he sold it. Scumbag. Having not played for years im loving the old skool tunes. I'm not on social media platforms but just searched and found you on Facebook, wow, you've been busy over the past 6 years, it's great to see your success. I remember Marc xtc was a major inspiration at the banshee. The tapes were unbelievably...."mix factory, dj ing in the area, every Friday night the place to be the banshee". What's worse was i was too young to go. Lol! Again, tapes stolen. Davos, its hard to put into words but what you do is priceless and would love to see you live one day. Don't retire too soon. I need a night out. The closer the mcr the better.
