Sounds beautiful ! Rossini recycled the initial motif of Bianca et falliero as it also appears in 'The Siege of Corinth' Overture (1826). See it played on a 4 overture Paillard on my channel - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HMb41JiQnhE.htmlsi=EYHxErNh_J5MkGdL

@@RollaArtis Yes, that’s my understanding, is it listed as Corradino on the Paillard? ( sounding incredible BTW) Re the Davrainville: You may remember it turning up for sale in the late 80’s here in UK with no pipes & looking like it had climbed out of the sea. The whole mechanism restored & new pipes built my Matthias Naeschke. It’s an incredible piece up close & in person & will feature in an ‘Orgel Cafe’ Musical Recital in St. Georg’s church in Kandel Germany. 4th May 2025 Where a professor of Organ music will be playing Mozarts 608 kv on the resident & quite magnificent church organ. Followed by Bianca et Falliero, the Davrainville will be there giving its own performance. A date for your diary Paul, please email me if you would like further details.

@@Mark-Singleton I vaguely remember seeing something like that - must the same one. I certainly remember the huge Falconnet & Reymond when it was up for sale in Pulborough. But that's another story ....
