Dahi 200gms (yoghurt)
Dhaniya powder 2tsp (coriander powder)
Zeera powder 1tsp (cumin powder)
Haldi powder 1/2tsp (turmeric powder)
Laal mirchi powder 1tsp (red chilli powder)
Kali mirch powder 1/2tsp (black pepper powder)
Namak (salt to taste)
Chicken 1kg
Oil 1/2cup
Pyaz 3 (onion)
Tamatar 3 (tomatoes)
Hari mirch 4-5 (green chilli)
Badam 7-8 (almond)
Kaju 7-8 (cashews)
Hari elaichi 4-5 (green cardamom)
Zeera 1tsp (cumin seeds)
Darchini 1 (cinnamon)
Tezpatta 2 (bay leaves)
Badiyan ka phool 1-2 (star anise)
Laung 3-4 (cloves)
Lassan Adrak paste 1tbs (ginger garlic paste)
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp (all spices)
Kasuri methi 1tbs (dry fenugreek leaves)
Cream 3tbs
Desi ghee 2-3tbs (clarified butter)
Hari mirch 3-4 (green chilies)
Hara dhaniya 2tbs (green coriander)
Kashmiri laal mirch 1/4tsp (red chilli powder)
