Yes it’s beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time at Great Bay beach (it’s the beach where the cruise ships take their guests). But there are so many beaches to choose from! Oh and we loved getting croissants from the French Side...nice and flaky

This is beautiful we are staying there with friends. Are there beach chairs in the beach with umbrellas?

What were the COVID guidelines also was there testing onsite or had to go elsewhere

To enter into st Maarten, we had to have a negative Covid test and yes there was testing on site. However we went to a much cheaper place where the cost was only $65. sls.sx

How was the WiFi connection there if you don’t mind me asking? Is it free?

Good question...we had some issues with it while there but once the maintenance man came and reset our modem it worked. We had about 5-6 devices connected to it at a time

Still happy with the timeshare? We went to orient bay on holidays and were stopped by a lady offering us scratch tickets. We scratched them and hooray, one of us won. They told us its for a new hotel that just opened, and we would have to attend a 90mins presentation to get our prize (a 1week trip to a marriot hotel or an ipad). During the presentation we felt like we‘re being scammed and then we noticed that there wasnt going to be a prize and that in was just a ruse to get people in there to promote the time share. It felt like a huge scam. When we wanted to leave, they were super aggressive.

Going in a few weeks! How did you get from the airport to the condos? And how long did it take? Looks like you want to be in building A to be right on the water….

Yes. We had a rental car. There’s a gps app to download for directions. The locals will let you know the name…i forgot

Hi yes I did. It wa $30 for the adults and $10 for children

@@sharlenestovall2414 As of 11 January 2021, the insurance can be purchased during the approval process to enter St. Maarten. The approval to enter St. Maarten can be obtained by completing the mandatory EHAS form prior to your arrival date, available on www.stmaartenentry.com. On the last step of the EHAS form you'll be asked to enter your payment details for the insurance. In case you pay with a credit card, it will not be charged until you've been approved to enter St. Maarten. If you've been declined entrance or no decision has been made within 7 days, the funds held on your card would be released automatically.
