I crocheted first couple of rows on a 3.0mm hook but am finding it really tricky to get through the back loop. My sides were only measuring about 80 mm so can only assume my tension was way too tight (although I guess that might change a bit as the square grows). Am going to try again with a 3.5mm hook to see if that’s any better. Usually I just crash on with a project regardless of tension and then regret it down the line! Love your videos Esther, thank you.
Hi dear!!! I want to start right now ...but I have to comment on what a beautiful blanket you crochet❤...where were you all my life 😊I have been hunting all these months for something that suits my fancy and this is it...thank you! thank you! thank you!!! 🙏 I don't know what more to say ...😢it's absolutely stunningly beautiful Keep up the good work and may your hands stay blessed as well as you as a brilliant crocheter....I Love You so much because now my hunt for an easy simple pattern to follow is here for me to crochet 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤😊👩❤️👩🙏👌
In the schematic (right handed) I find the arrow for square 5 a bit misleading if we are working from top to bottom and then to the left (just like with the other squares) and not starting at the bottom left and working up like the arrow indicates.
There is a mistake in the pdf uk on the first row. Row 1 (RS) 1dc in second ch from hook (sk ch does not count as st throughout), 23dc, dc3tog, pm in dc3tog, 24dc, turn. [49 sts] do you see where is says 23 dc instead of 24?
@@Itsallinanutshell Only knew this because as an advanced crocheter I know the stitches didn't match US terminology but you almost always say which terms you are using at the beginning of your video. Normally you tell people the conversions before the video and throughout the video. I absolutely love your videos. Have recommended them to so many people looking for good tutorials and explain yours are the best I have seen and I have crocheted for about 49 years, since i was 8. This video may be confusing to many crocheters as you didn't make your normal disclaimer/instructions of terms at the beginning or during the video. So many people in the world use US terms not just the US. 😊💕🧶
