If you say they need a studio they really need there own studio so they can do this and not being pushed around and all that not stupid studios that work them to the bone And also this is their Passion they love doing anime and they should be able to be free And be able to do the stuff without having problems So when you say these students need a studio you're basically putting them in a spot they should not be in what so ever sorry if what I said don't mean since because I am not really good with words

You say that as if the professionals in the studio aren't suffering from constant over work and worst oay check. The right management will bring good quality in everything that's why passion project will always be good most of the time because of management

Give them time to work on a project and they will be able to do even better than this... Animation even CGI is not smth you can put out of your ass lol seems like you don't know jackshit about it but still go arround and blame big studios for not being able to be godlike entities kekw

@@pauloazuela8488 agreed, like one punch man for example it's got an average budget (around $70,000 - $80,000 per episode) but has great animation and as far as I remember no CG characters which is a plus in my opinion.

made by people who have no understanding of physics. when a 50 meter, 500 tons mech moves, it SHOULD NOT F**KING move like a human sized video game character. things needs to have weight and reasonable acceleration (meaning things will "look" slow, like when the space shuttle lifts off). some 3d models and liberal application of overlay effects from Adobe Premier doesn't make this "professional".

It's either computer generated filler frame or just straight up 2,5D animation. The same way nechas are animated in Voltron and, well, almost everything in the new Dragon Price season. It has something uncanny to it, idk...

@@nell2352 definitely algorithmic inbetweening. The smooth movements still jerk between frames, its just that thees a smooth transition between frames now, so definitely automated. Nothing wrong with it, but its not quite in a great place yet

Sadly it does not have any idol girls singing trying to appeal to the 13 yr olds which will make it harder.

Generally speaking, the only way a project like that is going to succeed is if a bigger studio takes it on. And well, one of the reason anime like this don't do as well is down to production interference. It could lose all the charm it has just because the higher ups in the studio (or worse, the publishers) say they want to take it in another direction. And with the characters being CGI, if the budget for animation is cut, they could become rather lifeless looking.

Oh, and the complexity of that unit at the end would have to be stepped down. You don't get a show like this off the ground without having something to sell, and that looks WAY too complicated to make a figure or model kit of. Too many moving panels.

Aldnoah reboot

Aldnoah + gundam, the funnel type for gundam, the mechanism of aldnoah zero and this "black knight" that looks a bit like knigjt of sidonia

The best CG anime I've ever seen were done by Polygon, and that's because they don't try to emulate 2d anime animation with a CG format. Way too many cg anime try to do that and they fail all the time.

man.. this is better than half the newer Gundam. You can feel the weight and clunkiness of the mecha. The newer stuff is like acrobatics machines.. they don't feel like heavy mechs.

Well, I love the optimistic but the song composter of this series just past away last year ago and they put the hold on the anime for the moment, soo this will take a while :/

This is very good indie project, but for become flagship series is still very far. Even in this animation you can still find dna from aldnoah zero, gundam, sidonia, and the story is not unique or stand out.
