56:48 was a crucial error. You should have killed the 2 strength zed instead of flipping the super zed, as this would have set you up for a City Planners Strike Back play against the full strength super.

At 21:45 should you have placed that 9 power zombie before advancing the tracks? Not sure but I think the card said do place them at the beginning of the phase. Great playthrough BTW!

Ha! I had this game, played it 3 times, sold it on eBay and then bought Dead of Winter. Too many rule books which is a turn off. Gave it a go but in the end it had to go. Really enjoy Dead of Winter 👍. Great zombie game and easier to learn.

Got about 18 minutes into the video to recognize that this game is definitely for me! Ordered a copy and all 3 expansions. I can't wait! Game looks like incredible value for the scalable content, crunchy/deep gameplay, and the theme. Thank you for your playthrough videos; showing the gameplay (and how to play) is the best kind of "review" out there (at least for me), and this channel has become my go-to for learning more about a game. I've known about this game for a while but your video led me to ordering it today (currently a great deal on Amazon direct from the publisher). On a related note, I tried watching a few other videos of this after yours but had to stop almost immediately as the quality of video and extreme slowness in play really bugged me. Ricky Royal and Catweazle are likely fine but they were from 3+ years ago, so likely have different rules. You've spoiled us Mike!

General Lee is my go to for sure. I just pick my cast instead of doing the random draw... I do pick a random Heroic Civilian though. This is such a great game! The Hero’s are really well thought out... and their abilities are really nuanced. Sometimes it takes a game to realize the synergies between certain hero’s... speaking for myself of course. Nice run, it was really tense at the end. Planning another one in the future?
