I know you've talked about the role of the collar before but I have questions. In your coaching, would you say that a collar is necessary or not? I would imagine that in some dom/sub relationships both parties may not want to use a collar. It does not undermine their dom/sub relationship. Also, the only time we see the collar is on these videos, hanging like jewelry around Dawn's neck. Yes, it's a symbol of submission but do you actually use the collar for anything off camera? For instance, does Andrew ever attach a leash to the collar? Does it make Andrew hard when controlling Dawn with her collar and is it a turn on for Dawn too? Generally, in a dom/sub relationship, the dom will punish the sub. This isn't talked about on this channel, which is fair. Maybe you're so in tune with each other that punishment isn't necessary. What role does the collar play in punishment, if anything? My favorite part of this video was at 28:50 when Andrew & Dawn talked about Dawn's craving for being told what to do, how to do it, controlled by Andrew. They actually covered in early episodes that punishment was explicitly negotiated *out* of their dynamic. That was a limit for Dawn, which Andrew agreed to. IIRC, he found that boundary to force him to be more thoughtful and creative in filling his role without that tool in his arsenal.
