Best crowd for me was at the farewell tour of the EAV (it was an Austrian band that combined funny and socially critical lyrics with each other, who are virtually unknown outside of the German-speaking areas). You had people of literally all ages there, from a grandpa lookin in his 90s who was carted around in a wheelchair by a nurse, to young parents bringing their toddlers and anything in between and everyone had fun. It is the most generation-uniting thing I've ever seen.

for me the best theatre experience was Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. Me and my ex went to the theatre knowing nothing, saw the poster, thought it looked like the best thing playing. The crowd was electric. All the excited whispering for a preview, then it name drops M. Night... the collectibe groan of disappointment then after a second pause everyone laughed. That ended up being the energy for the entire movie. To this day it's one of my top 3 movies and the only live action in my top 5

I both kind of understand and do not understand where Zarool Ja's way of thinking probably comes from. On one hand, he grew up with the legends of how his father conquered all of Tural's two continents and brought a peace to these previously constantly warring areas that has lasted for almost a century now. But on the other hand it's ridiculous to throw the entire world into a global conflict, just now that it finally is at peace, pretty much everywhere, and the wounds of the last wars have barely started to heal over on the other side of "the salt." Between Primals, war machina, bio-weapons, Yatsuyu and much more, noone in the areas the game has taken place in so far need any reminder of how horrific war truly is. There's also the issues with people getting numb to death and atrocities depressingly quickly, which makes his plan to have a war so horrible, nobody will ever want to fight again a falacy (just like WW1 turning out to not be the "war to end all wars" after all, but instead pushing war into a bigger and more horrific scale instead). And the need for people to be free, which will make his idea of a world-wide single empire unobtainable. He'd only end up having to crush one rebellion after the other. Just ask the Allagans about that.
This is where I started to see DT as a little bit of otome story. With Wuk lamat as main protagonist. Erenville as an childhood friend route, Koana as an older brother route, WoL as a cool transfer student senpai route. Not even a joke, there are several tropes straight from an otome game.
Regarding the DRK comments during the solo duty, it still has the highest ceiling, and it's 2nd best on average. "Tied for last" is misinformation, peeps. WAR is actually last now.

Any chance you guys can change the language to japanese dub? Not trying to be offensive to the voice actress' gender or anything, but I felt that it REALLY didn't come out well and was an active detriment to the quality of the cutscenes and emotional impact they would otherwise have had. Its not about her gender or anything, its just poor performances affecting the story, plain and simple.
@@ogrimbothesour2976 The thing is that those 2 moments were arguably the most impactful scenes in the whole expansion and to have that be affected by poor voice acting just left a very sour taste on my end. Would be a shame if their experienced was affected too.
@@magickoopa24 I don't get it though, I really meant it when I said "its not about her gender". In fact, I was completely unaware of that until AFTER I finished the MSQ. I don't know, I actually enjoyed her normal toned voice acting, but during those high intensity cutscenes, hearing her voice be devoid of any emotion physically took my out of it like whiplash. To each their own though, I understand that its just my opinion and nothing else...

To Garrett's point, if you truly don't like the voice that's fine, but if you acknowledge that there are people harassing the VA because of her gender, then you can also phrase your feelings in a way that doesn't pile onto the VA. Going straight to "this voice ruined the game so much for me that I need the people who haven't complained about the VA to play in Japanese" feels pretty rude imo 2. For my own two cents, you don't have to amend your feelings with such a statement: if you say "it's not about her gender", I'm going to assume it's about her gender! If someone confronts your statement then fine, but until then you can let your opinion stand on its own. I still would disagree, but I wouldn't immediately associate you with the assholes.
