So funny. I love Les Dawson. I only just in recent years discovered Les Dawson here on You Tube and I absolutely love him!!! As an American who's a long time fan of British Comedies, I'm still discovering new gems from back in the day, as most of these shows weren't aired here in the states back then. Thanks, so much, for sharing this with everyone here on You Tube. I'd LOVE to see more if you come across any others. Thanks, again.
Les was one of a kind.. too studied for mere working men's club, too Northern for the Surrey commuter belt G&T viewer. He carved out his own oeuvre. There aren't any like him any more,. Unsurprising really, considering what the London lefties did to popular entertainment - ie, killed it stone dead, as they do everything else they get their mitts on.
