☀️It's time to start this 21-day journey of Abundance. DAY 1
"An Experience of which all of our needs are easily met and our desires spontaneously fulfilled."
Below are the task and meditation for Day 1 👏🏻👏🏻
Start your day with a beautiful inspirational message from Deepak Chopra (a recording is attached below)
Very important! Listen to the file and do the meditation itself. You can use headphones.
The deeper you connect to the daily tasks, the more significant your transformation will be, and the greater the impact it will have on your life.
1. Should you decide not to or you have not completed the task within the designated time frame, please exit the group. There are no hard feelings or judgment.🙏🏼
2. After completing the task, please post in this group, saying, "day 1 is done."
3. Please don't write anything else here or send selfies.
4. You can leave the group if you decide not to continue.
5. You have around 24 hours to complete the task. Please find a suitable rhythm for yourself and stick to it with discipline.
6. I highly recommend doing meditation and tasks at the beginning of the day, if possible. It changes the course of the day! But if not, just fit it around your schedule.

Meditation-🎶 Listen to the audio as many times as you like before or after you do the written activity. Please listen to it in a calm surrounding where you can immerse yourself in the content and meditation.

Today's Challenge: ✍🏼✍🏼✍🏼
In a notebook you have selected for this process (or any digital medium that works for you), please create a list of 50 People that have contributed value to your life and have influenced your personal growth and development throughout your life.🌻
The list MUST include 50 names, no less. 😮
• The important thing is that during this task, you recognize and understand why you chose each name.
• Think of people who have positivity influenced you and or made you grow in some way. 🥰😘
• As you write down each name, experience the reason for your choice. Think why they brought you growth.
• They could be family, friends, past relationships, boss, leaders, inspirational leaders, social media connections, co-workers. Anyone…...
Go slow, continue with calmness, and remember the good in each name and what they brought to your life.
You'll be filled with a lot of gratitude towards each of them and towards life itself.
When done, type Day 1 done" or Day 1 ✅ in the group.

If you a night worker, do it whenever you're ready to start your day. Otherwise most people in the morning or whenever people can because the guidance is for the whole day till you go to sleep. Best.
