I don’t think you have to be fast at all especially at first. Im very new to playing, but have found success in learning basic music theory, and how to read notes. What I have discovered is the desire to play a song needs to be tempered with the discipline of developing the requisite skills. Keep at it!

Yes you are right I should try to play slower, trying to do less mistake. I try to focus on basics at the moments chords, arpegios scales etc I ll try to play slower 😇 thks for your advices 🥰

@@PianoNoteByNote if I can suggest something I wasted my first year and half. Do a technique course. Will save you so much time in long run. Either piano super human does one on a monthly subscription cheap something like 10 dollar or something like that. It's well worth it or one from Carmen morin when I bought it was like 300 dollars pretty similar to other one but goes right into the science and physiology of movents which can get a bit boring but if ya starting from scratch it's ok. Trust me your only regret it done the line.
