Happy Day 10 of my 22-Day Printmaking Challenge!

Last night I decided to sit down and watch the previous 9 videos I made from this series. I got a pretty good chuckle at how I could pick up on my frustration in the first few.
😅
It was also surprising and helpful to see progress over such a short time. I noticed improvements in my process, filming and editing, and I felt proud of myself for the first time in a while.

Today I met with my therapist and we talked about my struggles to find the right path ahead. I shared that this challenge has been helping me see that I may never know the destination - and that’s ok. I’m just following something. And that’s all I’ve ever really done.

I realized that I just really love helping people with my work - either by encouraging them to try something new, connecting through creativity, or helping them take a moment to relax and decompress. If that’s all I ever do with any of this, I’d be so thrilled.

So I came home and made this print, about following something. It has some inspiration from The Hermit tarot card, which I think is also fitting for me right now. I’m coming back from a winter full of introspection, and I’m learning to trust the path even if I don’t know where it leads.
