average for you to get cooler from 500 stardust is about 1.3 for feature unit and 1/3 for cooler so about 0.43 (43%) which is pretty good chance, plus bonus spins you get 3 free pulls which is another around 0.4 1/3 is 1.3 so around 56% so its not that rare for you to get it
