I imagine it could be hard to stop to take video/pictures when you are trekking on to a destination. You captured beauty, as you always do. Life is good!
Wow, you guys are so incredible! So close to the finish! Beautiful images, even with those highway sounds. Most of my hikes involve the sounds of humanity because I can't get far enough away. But I love it when the birds drown everything out!
That was one of the bushiest squirrel's tails that I've ever seen!! He seemed bigger overall. The little break to watch the waterfowl as you crossed into Harpers Ferry was special. I don't get to see waterfowl too often, and it was a staple of my youth, so I miss it. Thank you!! Even though you said you needed daylight for your hike I was glad you were headed to a hotel so you didn't have to worry about setting up your tent or cooking really close to dark! And with pizza, didn't have to cook anyway!

Yahoo Virginia maybe for lovers but these thru-hikers lovers are done! ✅👏🏻😀. Funny even day hiking I cringe at the sound of motorcycles 🏍 and cars as I descend near a road 😖. Praying you have good weather these next 2 days as you finish off your 2020 thru hike!! 🙏🏻🤗
Hello again , we did this section last week , front royal to harpers ferry , the coaster did kina kick my ass , stayed in HF , great to see u guys again , I am a civil war buff and I was in overload at HF
Love Harper's Ferry. I stayed at the Tea House. My wife and I have been there twice. The first time was at the old White Hotel. Then a campsite on the C&O Canal. Finishing at the hostel just over the Maryland border. Then when I was hiking on the AT. Glad you two are doing well. Only a couple more days. WOW What a beauty journey. God bless.
Harper's Ferry, one of my favorite places...in my home state "Almost Heaven". I'm sure many of us would like to be free of the noises that distract. I've never seen you both look so vibrant in health and happiness. Stay well and safe.
